Bravo Air France

After forgetting my laptop, that I put cautiously under the middle seat folded down back, on the Boeing 737 last night, I was more than angry with myself for such a distraction! I had saved the data on a CD, just the morning before, but the loss of my G4 really upset me! Needless to say that I was more than thrilled to receive a call from M.Mathieu, the Air France manager for Lost and Found at Roissy at 7.50 AM this morning. A stewardess found the computer on the plane and Air France traced it back to me! Now that is what I call service! M.Mathieu told me that about one computer every week is forgotten by passengers on their planes! Maybe passengers need to have a little check-list about what to not forget before leaving the plane...
